Detailed job duties are site specific and will be conveyed upon successful employment. General job duties include:
- Submit Daily and/or Incident Reports
- Foot, Vehicle, and/or Bike Patrol
- Maintain High Profile Visibility of the Job Site to Serve as a Visible Deterrent
- Observe and Report Any and All Suspicious Activities
- Notify Appropriate Law Enforcement Agency and/or Emergency Personnel as Needed
- Ability to Remain Calm, Reasonable, and React Quickly in Emergency Situations
- Ability to Communicate with Potentially Aggressive Clients, Visitors and Employees

Representatives
Job duties include:
- Escorting visitors to proper area of hospital
- Must log in names of person(s) escorted
- Ability to communicate with clients, visitors and employees
Employment Requirements
Candidates must meet the following basic qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid TEXAS ID or Driver’s License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work any and all shifts including days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check including criminal history, fingerprinting, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle check if applicable
- Must NOT use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test and other health screenings
- May be required to provide a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if you were in the military
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have a valid work permit
- Must be able to physically stand, walk or patrol throughout shift
